KYB-UMW Malaysia Sdn Bhd was set up in June 1983 under the name of Kayaba (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, is a specialist in manufacturing high quality Shock Absorbers while KYB-UMW Steering Malaysia Sdn Bhd, formerly known as Kayaba Hydraulics (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 1996, is a 100% owned subsidiary to manufacture hydraulic power steering pumps and system.
